Will you come to my house to measure my kitchen?
YES! That is the beauty of our service. CabinetPros makes adding new cabinets to your kitchen or bath easy and cost-effective. We offer a real human being to help you along the way — a hybrid method of shopping for cabinets. You get low internet-based pricing, and the quality of attention normally reserved for custom design projects. For $149, a trained Pro will measure your kitchen and/or bath, then design the space for you. This fee is refundable when your order is placed with us. That’s the CabinetPros difference!
You say your customers save 75% or more over prices at Big Box stores. Is that true?
When our customers send quotes from national home improvement chain stores and local kitchen stores, we find our prices save most customers 25% to 75%, with the typical customer saving about 60%.
Can I pick up my order?
YES! We also offer delivery to any home or business address inside the continental US, with free shipping on orders over $4,500.
How do I pay for my order?
CabinetPros.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also send a personal check. Convenient payment options are available through third-party finance companies. 100% payment must be received before your order can be processed.
Can I get a quote to compare to a quote from another company?
Yes. Email the quote or design to , and a designer will contact you within a day or two with a full comparison. Please include the company’s name, door style and price.
How long does it take from the time I order cabinets until they are ready?
Allow 4-6 days for production and delivery is 2-10 days depending on your location. All orders made for customer pick up or local delivery here in the Phoenix area have an average 7-10 day turnaround from the date ordered till they arrive at your home or business.
How will I know when my cabinetry will arrive?
If you are local, we will give you a call and let you know they are ready. For those ordering our cabinets to be shipped outside of the Phoenix area, our customer service department will email you when your cabinetry is shipped and provide the name of the carrier, the phone number, and the shipment number for your order. Your delivery carrier will call to confirm the delivery date and schedule an eight-hour window for delivery.
Are your cabinets fully assembled or ready to assemble (RTA)?
Both! You can order your cabinets fully assembled before shipping for a small fee per cabinet, or we can ship unassembled (RTA) in flat pack boxes. If you have opted to have our team install your cabinets, the cabinets will be assembled at our warehouse, and delivered to the jobsite a day or two prior to your installation. We will let you know of the exact date as we get close to the date.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship our products inside the continental US.
