Return/Exchange Policy

Cabinet Pros believes in offering our customers the best quality products and services to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. We have provided a detailed explanation of our return and exchange policy for your convenience.

  1. If the unassembled original packing is missing or damaged, there will be no returns or exchanges.

  2. If the cabinet was damaged, scratched, or installed, there will be no returns or exchanges.

  3. If the cabinet was purchased unassembled, it cannot be returned or exchanged assembled.

  4. We will accept returns on unopened and unassembled products, as long as it is within 30 days from the date of pick-up or delivery. After 30 days, there will be no returns or exchanges.

  5. We will accept returns of undamaged, and wrapped, assembled cabinets with a 25% restocking fee as long as it is within 14 days from the date of pick-up or delivery. After 14 days, there will be no returns or exchanges.

  6. Customer must show the original invoice containing the sales order number in order to return or exchange, otherwise the return or exchange will not be accepted.

  7. CabinetPros is not responsible for any design or measurement mistakes. Customers are solely responsible for approving their orders before the order is placed.

  8. Returns or exchanges will be used as a credit towards a future order or credited back to a credit/debit card.

  9. Cabinet Pros offers a one-year limited warranty on our products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers factory defects in material and workmanship and is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part, at the discretion of Cabinet Pros. Cabinet Pros is not responsible for the labor cost of removal or replacement. The warranty only applies to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling or damage of any kind by you the customer, including but not limited to improper storage, installation, assembly or disassembly, product modification, or exposure to the elements including humidity and heat which may result in damage to cabinets.
